The Role

The meeting is where the money starts — and you're the one who books it. As an Appointment Setter at NoGigiddy, you'll reach out to warm and cold leads, qualify their interest and fit, and schedule discovery calls for our sales team. You don't close deals — you open doors. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally personable, persistent without being pushy, and motivated by clear metrics and performance bonuses. High achievers here move fast into SDR and account executive tracks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prospect and warm leads
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions to determine fit and timing
• Schedule and confirm discovery calls and product demos for account executives
• Handle objections professionally — "not interested" is a starting point, not an ending
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up persistently and systematically with leads who don't convert on first contact
• Hit daily and weekly booking targets — activity and results both matter here

Requirements

• No degree required
• No prior sales experience needed — we train from zero
• Clear, confident communication skills — especially on the phone
• Resilient and motivated by metrics and goals — rejection fuels you, not stops you
• Organized enough to manage a pipeline of dozens of active conversations simultaneously
• Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach platforms — or quick to get comfortable
• Reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet, professional workspace
